The Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, announced that Hezbollah received the negotiation paper and read it carefully, and made observations on it, and said: We have observations and Speaker Berri has observations.. and "All our observations between the resistance and the state, God willing, are harmonious and compatible."

Sheikh Qassem explained in a televised speech that these observations were presented to the American envoy and were discussed with him in detail.
