The Mufti of Khan Yunis Governorate in the southern Gaza Strip, Ihsan Ashour, sent a message to scholars and "zealous" people from the Islamic world, urging them to provide relief to the Strip with everything they can and to fulfill their responsibilities towards their nation's people, "as this is a religious duty."
Ashour said in a message he posted on his Facebook account today, Wednesday,
that the situation in the Strip today has become difficult with the increasing number of martyrs.
