Sana'a - Saba:
The fifth training course for employees of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Investment on the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics began in Sana'a.
The five-day course is organized by the Ministry of Industry in coordination with the Ministry of Civil Service, to enhance employees' knowledge of work ethics and its application in management and services.
The Director of Human Resources at the Ministry, Khaled Obaid, pointed out that the training program includes eight training courses lasting for two months, and aims to improve the skills and knowledge of employees on the code of professional conduct. The code aims to regulate administrative relations on ethical grounds, raise the efficiency of the performance of public service units, and promote self-censorship and compliance with laws.
