Sana’a - Saba:

An expanded meeting was held in the Fourth Military Region on Saturday, led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Administration, Local, and Rural Development Mohammed al-Madani, alongside Major General Abdullatif al-Mahdi, the region’s commander, governors of several provinces, and key military and security leaders.

The meeting focused on addressing the service and development conditions in the provinces of Taiz, Dhale', Ibb, and Dhamar, as well as coordinating military and security arrangements to defend against potential aggression from foreign forces, including the U.S., Britain, the Zionist entity, and their mercenaries.

Al-Madani emphasized the importance of strengthening these regions in the face of external threats, stressing that Yemen's military capabilities, including missiles and aircraft, are well-prepared to target enemy forces. He also highlighted the Yemeni people's resilience in overcoming the impacts of the ongoing aggression and blockade.

Major General al-Mahdi expressed confidence in the readiness of Yemen’s armed forces and called for continued coordination between military, security, and local authorities to enhance security and provide necessary services to the population.

The governors of Ibb, Dhamar, and Taiz, as well as other officials, stressed the need for continued development and stability in their regions, addressing challenges such as local unrest and ensuring support for military efforts.

The meeting also focused on the critical role of the media in countering enemy disinformation campaigns and raising public awareness about the ongoing challenges, with officials vowing to work collaboratively across various sectors to defend Yemen and its sovereignty.
