Dhamar - Saba:
The head of the Dhamar Province Appeal Prosecution, Judge Anan Shua'a, inspected on Sunday the conditions of prisoners pending cases in the prosecution of Ma'aber district.
During the visit, Judge Anan met with the deputy, members and employees of the prosecution in the directorate, during which he was briefed on the cases received by the prosecution, the level of their completion and follow-up before the courts.
The head of the prosecution listened to the prisoners and the measures taken regarding them, and directed the release of a number of them who met the conditions and guarantees.
He emphasized that field visits to prisons come in implementation of the Attorney General's directives to expedite the resolution of cases, ensure the integrity of procedures, and release prisoners who can be released by pardon for the rest of the term, or with guarantees.
