Palestinian medical sources announced Monday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 45,317, the majority of whom are children and women, since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on October 7, 2023.
The same sources added that the number of injuries has risen to 107,713 since the beginning of the aggression, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.
They indicated that the Zionist enemy forces committed five massacres, which resulted in the martyrdom of 58 citizens and the injury of 86 others.
