Sana'a - Saba:
The head of the General Authority for the Preservation of Historic Cities, Abdul Wahab Al-Mahdi, was briefed on the ongoing restoration work in the houses of the historic city of Sana'a, which is implemented by the Public Works Project with the support of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
During the visit, the head of the Authority, along with the director of the Old Sana'a Directorate, Mahdi Arhab, and a number of specialists, technicians and engineers, listened to an explanation of the progress of the restoration work in the houses of Yusuf Sa'ad and Ahmed Al-Ghaithi.
Al-Mahdi emphasized the importance of preserving the old city of Sana'a, which is included in the World Heritage List, praising all efforts made to preserve and protect it.
