The Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in Dhamar province launched on Wednesday a comprehensive cleaning campaign in the city of Dhamar.
The campaign, which will last for a week, involves various executive offices in the province , dozens of vehicles and equipment.
During the launch, in the presence of executive and local leaders, the Executive Director of the Cleanliness Fund, Ahmed Al-Binaa, stressed that the campaign aims to enhance the efforts of cleanliness workers and highlight the civilized appearance of the provincial capital. He pointed out that the campaign includes main and side streets, lanes, and neighborhoods.
The deputy director of the fund, Ali Al-Shakhza, and the director of the cleanliness sector, Munir Al-Shaheri, pointed out the importance of the campaign in improving the environmental situation, maintaining cleanliness, and reducing health hazards resulting from the accumulation of waste in neighborhoods and public streets.
For his part, the Fund's Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mohammed Al-Haidari, pointed out that keeping the environment clean is a responsibility that requires everyone's cooperation to create a healthy and safe environment. He called on all members of the community to actively participate in the success of the campaign.
