Sana'a - Saba:
The General Mobilization and the Health Office in the Capital Secretariat concluded on Sunday the CPR and trauma life support courses to train health workers in health facilities under the slogan "Whoever lives, it is as if he lives all people".

During the first and second phases, the courses aimed to provide 130 trainees from health facilities and mobilization committees in the districts of the Capital Secretariat with skills on CPR and how to spread awareness of the importance of resuscitation to increase the number of trainers among the community and enhance confidence in providing first aid.

At the conclusion of the course, the Director of the Health Office in the Capital Secretariat, Dr. Mutahar Al-Marouni, stressed the importance of training and qualification in the health sector to improve the quality of medical services provided in government hospitals and medical centers.

He pointed out that these training courses enhance the capabilities of health staff and mobilization committees to play a vital role in the field in the event of emergencies and response to accidents.

He praised the efforts of the trainers who worked to equip the trainees with health skills that help save human lives.

Dr. Al-Marouni urged the trainees to apply the theoretical and applied knowledge and skills they received in their practical reality.

He pointed out that these training courses will continue to be implemented according to the work plan.

The director of Bani Al-Harith district, Hamad bin Rakan, praised the implementation of such courses in the health field, and their importance in saving the injured who need such life-saving health services, stressing the importance of the trainees' role in improving the community's response to emergency cases. He emphasized the importance of the trainees' role in improving the community's response to emergencies and providing effective health services.
