Beirut - Saba:
Hamas leader Osama Hamdan confirmed on Friday that the Palestinian resistance has foiled the occupation's plans to liquidate the Palestinian cause, stressing that the only solution is to completely end the occupation of all Palestinian lands.
Hamdan said, in media statements, reported by the Palestinian Information Center Friday "We will continue the struggle until we liberate our land and establish an independent Palestinian state with al-Quds as its capital."
He explained that any agreement regarding the war on Gaza must include a cessation of aggression and a complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, noting that the number of martyrs has exceeded 40 thousand martyrs of children and women as a result of this aggression on the Gaza Strip.
He called for the need for the international community to pressure the Zionist entity to abide by what was agreed upon in the negotiations, and to ensure the cessation of the aggression that has been ongoing for more than 15 months.
Hamas leader confirmed in media statements Thursday that the head of the Zionist entity's government, Benjamin Netanyahu, is manipulating the fate of his prisoners, as part of his quest for a political achievement.
Hamdan stressed that "Netanyahu" does not want to free the Zionist prisoners, but rather wants to get rid of them and hopes to succeed in killing them all, because they constitute a great burden for him and a high political cost, especially in light of the internal pressure from the families of the prisoners.
He explained that what matters to Hamas is ending the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has been ongoing for 15 months, in addition to the withdrawal of the occupation army from the entire Strip.
Hamdan warned that the Zionist enemy's plans have gone beyond the Palestinian people and have begun to pose a threat to the entire region.
