Sana'a - Saba:
The head of the Civil Status and Civil Registry Authority, Major General Ali Hussein Dabish, visited the branch of the Authority in Sana'a Governorate to review the progress of work and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
Major General Dabish inspected the departments of issuing personal documents, the civil registry, and birth and death certificates, praising the efforts of employees in providing services despite the challenges, and listened to citizens' complaints and pledged to address them.
A meeting was held, headed by Major General Dabish and attended by the governorate's agents and branch managers, to discuss the difficulties facing the work and propose solutions to speed up procedures and improve services. The meeting stressed the importance of benefiting from modern technology to facilitate transactions, enhance job discipline, and apply the principle of reward and punishment to motivate employees to perform optimally.
Major General Dabish urged employees to work in a team spirit and bear responsibility to achieve high efficiency in serving citizens.
