The Director General of Traffic Police, Major General Dr. Bakil Al-Barashi, inaugurated a new center to develop the mechanism for numbering motorcycles using the electronic system in the demarcation and numbering committees in the Capital Sana'a.
The equipment of the People's Mosque Committee Center in the Seventieth District was reviewed.
The new mechanism combines the registration and numbering processes into one process through a unified window in coordination with the Customs Authority.
The goal is to facilitate procedures and provide easy services to motorcycle owners.
Major General Al-Barashi confirmed that the launch of the electronic centers comes within the plan to develop traffic services and expand their provision points away from traditional methods.
The Director of Traffic of the Secretariat indicated the administration's commitment to making additional efforts to serve citizens.
