Hodeidah - Saba:
A workshop for humanitarian workers was held in Hodeidah Governorate, organized by the Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development, and the local authority in the governorate, focusing on the methodology of planning humanitarian interventions and preparing feasibility studies to implement targeted projects.
Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Administration, Local and Rural Development, Mohammed Al-Madani, reviewed successful experiences in humanitarian interventions that meet actual needs, stressing the importance of sound planning and accurate needs assessment, especially in the Tihama Coast areas that suffer from large gaps as a result of the repercussions of aggression and siege. Al-Madani stressed the need for coordination between humanitarian partners and local authorities to ensure the implementation of projects with an actual impact.
For his part, Al-Hodeidah Governor Abdullah Atifi and First Deputy Governor Ahmed Al-Bishri explained the importance of adopting systematic plans to enhance the response to humanitarian interventions, while facilitating the work of organizations and developing implementation mechanisms.
The workshop, which was attended by a number of officials, discussed the projects implemented by organizations and mechanisms for improving plans and studies, to ensure a positive impact on the targeted communities.
