Dhamar - Saba:
Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights Judge Ibrahim al-Shami inspected on Wednesday the progress of work in Dhamar Court of Appeal and various courts within the province.
During the visit, Judge al-Shami reviewed the level of judicial performance, discussed challenges faced by the courts, and emphasized the importance of expediting case processing and ensuring prompt justice.
He also inspected the conditions of prisoners in the Central Correctional Facility and the Pretrial Detention Center, focusing on their well-being and the quality of healthcare provided.
The Deputy Minister stressed the importance of enhancing coordination between the judiciary, the Public Prosecution, and other relevant authorities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the justice system.
He also emphasized the importance of releasing eligible prisoners, particularly in light of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.
