Amran - Saba:
The head of the Department of Civil Status and Civil Registration, Major General Ali al-Dubaish, inspected the workflow and level of service provision for citizens at the department's branch in Amran province.

During the visit, Major General Al-Dubaish, along with Amran province Security Director Brigadier General Nayef Abu Kharafsha, reviewed the needs of the branch and the efforts made to simplify and facilitate procedures related to providing services to citizens.

Brigadier General Abu Kharafsha emphasized the importance of simplifying procedures, improving services for citizens and enhancing security performance in the province. He pointed out the importance of combining the efforts of various government agencies in order to serve citizens.

For his part, the director of the department's branch in the province, Lieutenant Colonel Murtada Al-Ezzi, confirmed that the branch is working at a high pace and receiving citizens' requests according to modern mechanisms, ensuring the provision of distinguished services that meet the needs of the beneficiaries of civil status services.
