Ibb - Saba:
Ibb governor, Abdul Wahid Salah, laid on Saturday the foundation stone for the project to rehabilitate and maintain the central slaughterhouse in Ibb province.

Governor Salah explained that the implementation of the project comes within the framework of implementing the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership to pay attention to the animal sector in accordance with the plans of the Supreme Agricultural and Fisheries Committee.

For his part, the Executive Director of the Agricultural , Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the province, Yahya Al-Ramishi, confirmed that the implementation of the project comes in implementation of the leadership directives of the Higher Agricultural , Fisheries Committee and the leadership of the local authority in the province within the framework of projects to support the capacities of government agencies supporting the agricultural sector.

He pointed out that the project also includes the supply of slaughtering machines and equipment to be able to organize the process of slaughtering livestock, accommodate a large number of livestock, conduct veterinary inspection and inspection before the slaughter process to provide meat service to consumers with high quality and disease-free meat.

He praised the role and efforts of the Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the province in cooperating and following up the approval of the project until the start of implementation. He pointed out that the cost of the project is 92 million and 278 thousand riyals, funded by the local authority in the province, within the budget plan of the Agricultural , Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the province.
