Taiz - Saba:
Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Masawi, launched today the distribution of the fourth batch of support provided by the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit at the Ministry of Local Administration and Rural Development to fund community initiative projects in the governorate.
The support, inaugurated in the presence of Badr al-Din Al-Tayar, representative of the Interventions Unit for Taiz and Lahj governorates, and Mostafa Bahjar, Director of Community Initiatives in Taiz, includes 10,000 cement bags to bolster community initiatives across various sectors.
During the launch, Al-Masawi praised the attention given by the revolutionary and political leadership, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Administration and Rural Development, to supporting community initiatives in the governorate. He emphasized the importance of this support in stimulating community-led development efforts in Taiz, which contribute to delivering services to all rural areas.
Al-Tayar, representing the Interventions Unit, highlighted the Unit’s ongoing commitment to regularly supporting community projects, in line with leadership directives, to achieve sustainable and inclusive development where citizens play a fundamental role.
Sheikh Mohammed Naif underscored the significance of this support, describing it as complementary to community efforts across all districts of the governorate.
