Light to moderate rain may fall, especially in parts of western Sa'dah, Amran, Sana'a, and Dhamar, as well as in the governorates of Hajjah, Al Mahwit, and Raymah in the afternoon.
The weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy with the possibility of scattered light rain in parts of the western, southern, and eastern coasts and the corresponding inland areas. Winds will be active, reaching maximum speeds of 26 knots in the southern part of the western coast and Bab al-Mandab Strait.
In desert areas, the weather is likely to be generally clear and relatively hot during the day. Winds will be active, reaching speeds of up to 24 knots, causing dust and sandstorms.
The center urged citizens to exercise caution, avoid valleys, and take shelter from thunderstorms.
It warned seagoers and fishermen south of the west coast and the Bab al-Mandab Strait of rough seas and high waves.
