Justice & Human Rights Ministry condemns US-British aggression on Sana'a & Sa'ada
[Sun, 16 Mar 2025 13:40:54 +0300]

Sana'a - Saba:
The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights condemned on Sunday in the strongest terms the US-British enemy's targeting of the capital Sana'a and Sa'ada province , with a series of raids on residential neighborhoods that led to the martyrdom and injury of more than 18 civilians, including women and children, in a preliminary toll and caused significant damage to a number of residential buildings.

In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the ministry considered the aggression carried out by the United States tonight a violation of Yemen's sovereignty and a blatant violation of international humanitarian law, international human rights law, international criminal law, all international norms, covenants , laws, and reveals the extent of American disregard for the international humanitarian system.

It pointed out that the UN and international silence has greatly contributed to the Zionist entity , the United States and Britain behind it to flout international law and commit more crimes against the peoples of the region.

The statement pointed out that this aggression, which comes as shameless support for the Zionist entity and its crimes against the Palestinians and the peoples of the region, especially in Syria and Lebanon, will not deter or terrorize the Yemenis from continuing to support the Palestinians as a principle of faith, morality and humanity.

The ministry called on the international community, led by the Security Council, the countries of the world , various international and human rights organizations to condemn the blatant US aggression against Yemen, stop the Zionist-US-British orgy in the region, and take serious steps to force the usurper entity and its supporters to stop the genocide crimes, siege and starvation in Gaza.

It stressed the right guaranteed to the Republic of Yemen by all divine and humanitarian legislations to defend its people, sovereignty, independence , territorial integrity with all available and possible options.

The statement praised the efforts of the revolutionary , political leadership and the Yemeni armed forces to lift the siege on the Palestinians in Gaza Strip and bring in humanitarian aid. The statement reaffirmed the right of the Yemenis to support the Palestinians and their just cause.

The Justice and Human Rights Ministry also emphasized that these crimes will not be subject to a statute of limitations, and that the ministry will continue to monitor all crimes , violations against Yemen , its people in preparation for prosecuting the entity , its supporters in national and international courts.
