Sana'a - Saba:
Six charity kitchens in al-Tahrir district in the capital Sana'a, are providing daily Iftar meals to 4,410 impoverished families during Ramadan, thanks to community initiatives and charitable donations.
These efforts align with the Houthi leader's directives to support vulnerable populations and promote social solidarity during the holy month.
District Director Naji al-Shai'ani and Mobilization Officer Abdullatif al-Wali reported that in addition to the charity kitchen meals, youth volunteer initiatives are distributing dates and water to fasting individuals in streets and neighborhoods.
They also highlighted other activities, including fountain restoration, cold water distribution, cleanliness campaigns, and the collection and redistribution of surplus food to needy families.
Al-Shai'ani and al-Wali commended the community's engagement and the success of these initiatives, which are overseen by local authorities and the general mobilization.
