Gaza - Saba:
The Red Crescent Society in the Gaza Strip said on Monday that the Israeli enemy forces released a member of the civil defense team besieged in Rafah, south of the Strip.
The Palestine Today News Agency quoted the society as saying, "We will lose our ability to provide relief services due to the occupation's prevention of the entry of aid into the Strip."
Yesterday, a number of the society's paramedics were wounded by enemy fire while besieged in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
In a brief statement, the society said that enemy forces besieged a number of the society's ambulances while covering the targeting of the Hashashin area in Rafah.
It announced that a number of the society's paramedics were injured and that contact with the crew, who have remained besieged for several hours, has been lost.
