Sana'a - Saba:
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning forecasts sea roughness due to strong winds, and cold weather in five governorates over the next 24 hours.
In its weather bulletin, the center indicated active to strong winds in the southern Red Sea, the entrance to Bab al-Mandab, and the western Gulf of Aden, ranging in speed from 12 to 24 knots, with gusts reaching 35 knots.
Relatively cool to cold weather is expected in the governorates of Sa'dah, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, and Al Bayda, with minimum temperatures ranging from 3 to 8 degrees Celsius.
The lowest temperatures recorded at some meteorological stations this morning were 5°C in Dhamar, 6.5°C in Sana'a, 7°C in Amran, 8°C in Al Bayda, 9°C in As Sadah-Ibb, and 9.5°C in Sa'ada.
According to the center, rainfall over the past 24 hours reached 1.2 mm in Ibb, 1.2 mm in Hajjah, 0.9 mm in Sana'a, and 0.8 mm in Taiz.
The center warned beachgoers and fishermen in the southern Red Sea, the Bab al-Mandab Strait, and the western Gulf of Aden of rough seas and high waves.
It also warned citizens in the five governorates of cold weather during the night and early morning hours, especially for the elderly, children, the sick, and workers during the evening and early morning hours.
