Gaza - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, has condemned the Israeli enemy targeting of Civil Defense and Red Crescent personnel in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, as a "full-fledged war crime" and a "blatant violation of international law." The movement has demanded an immediate international investigation into the incident.
In a strongly worded statement, Hamas called for the swift establishment of an international committee to probe the "heinous crime" against civil defense and ambulance workers performing their humanitarian duties. They demanded accountability for what they termed "fascist Zionist war criminals."
Hamas characterized the Israeli enemy attack in the Barracks area of Rafah as a "massacre" that demonstrates a complete disregard for international humanitarian law and conventions. They argued that the targeting of ambulance crews reveals the "boundless brutality" of the Israeli enemy military.
The movement criticized international silence on these incidents as "unacceptable complicity," asserting that it places a "historic responsibility" on the world to halt the "brutal genocide and unprecedented violations."
Hamas urged the United Nations, its agencies, and international humanitarian organizations, particularly the International Committee of the Red Cross, to take immediate action. It specifically called for an international investigation into the Rafah attack and for access to the area to determine the fate of thousands of civilians who have been cut off from communication
