Gaza - Saba:
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said that 13,000 wounded and patients have lost treatment after the balance of a number of services, tasks and medicines became zero, due to the continuation of the genocidal war and the closure of the crossings.

In a report coinciding with World Health Day, on Monday, the Ministry of Health stated that the Gaza Strip is without medicine , serious and catastrophic repercussions will be added to the deteriorating health and humanitarian situation.

It indicated that 50,752 martyrs and 115,000 wounded as a result of the continuing genocidal war.

The ministry emphasized that 37% of medicines and 59% of medical tasks have zero balance.

It also showed that 54% of cancer and hematology medicines have zero balance, which threatens the lives of patients and interrupts their treatment protocols.

The ministry pointed out that 40% of primary care medicines and 51% of medicines for maternal and child health services have zero balance.

it reported that 13,000 sick and wounded patients were closed to specialized treatment outside Gaza Strip after the closure of the Rafah crossing.

The ministry also pointed out that ambulance crews and humanitarian teams work within the direct targeting circle during missions to rescue the wounded, of which 1,300 were killed.

It stated that 42% of children's vaccinations are not available in Gaza Strip.

It also emphasized that the enemy prevents the entry of polio vaccines, which means the collapse of the efforts that have continued over the past seven months to combat the epidemic.

The ministry said that the disruption of water lines increases health , environmental risks , the outbreak of diarrhea and skin diseases.

The ministry warned of the seriousness of the aforementioned facts, as they have become a heavy burden on health care providers, and require urgent action to remove the health system from the targeting circle and provide the necessary medical supplies to enable staff to provide care to the sick and wounded.
