Indonesian Foreign Minister Sugiono reiterated his country's strong rejection of any attempt to displace Palestinians, under any pretext whatsoever.
During a press conference following an international meeting held on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum in Turkey on Friday, Sugiono emphasized: "We are ready to provide any assistance to the Palestinian people."
He pointed out the need to ensure the approval of the region countries for any proposal we make regarding the Palestinians, emphasizing his country's long-standing support for the Palestinian people's struggle.
The emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) foreign ministers, held in Jeddah last month, emphasized the rejection of the displacement of the Palestinians from Gaza.
