Hajjah - Saba:
The Martyr Sharaf al-Kuhlani Hospital, along with the Health Administration and the Health Sector in Mabyan district in Hajjah province on Sunday organized a protest to condemn the US aggression's targeting of civilian objects and health facilities.
Participants in the protest denounced the attack on the health center in Washha, alongside other instances of targeting civilian infrastructure and causing numerous deaths, as new "war crimes" adding to America's history of "massacres" against Yemen.
They condemned this "deliberate criminal act," which resulted in the complete destruction of the Washha health center, depriving a significant portion of the population of essential health and medical services.
The protesters asserted that this targeting reveals the "true face of the United States," exposing the "falsity of its claims" and demonstrating that it is the "official and primary sponsor of terrorism."
A statement issued during the vigil described this targeting as part of a "systematic plan" by the American enemy to target vital and civilian sectors for years.
The statement further characterized the targeting of civilian objects and medical facilities as a desperate attempt by the American enemy to increase the suffering of the Yemeni people, in blatant defiance of the Geneva Conventions and disregard for all international and humanitarian laws and conventions.
The statement concluded by emphasizing that such "barbaric attacks" would not deter the health sector from its humanitarian role and that it would continue to perform its duty despite all challenges.
