Sana'a (Saba) – Researcher Hashem Mohammed Al-Sharafi received a PhD with distinction from the Faculty of Sharia at Sana'a University.
The discussion and ruling committee commended the scholarly level of the dissertation and its topic, which relates to the field of judicial enforcement, and considered it a qualitative addition to the Yemeni legal library.
