The Correction Organization has condemned the US aggression that targeted the Ras Isa Oil Port in Salif district in Hodeida province, in a fully-fledged war crime.
The organization explained in a statement that targeting a service and economic facility like Ras Isa Port is part of a series of ongoing US crimes aimed at punishing the Yemeni people for their honorable positions in supporting the Palestinian people.
The statement emphasized that this aggression comes within the context of the US-Zionist partnership aimed at striking all those who stand with the Palestinian people, noting that the justifications offered by Washington to cover up this targeting are false and misleading and will not fool anyone.
It added: "This attack proves once again that the American enemy deliberately targets civilian objects and Yemeni infrastructure, after failing to impact military capabilities and halt support operations for Gaza."
The organization reiterated its supportive and steadfast stance toward the Palestinian people, stressing that such attacks will not deter Yemen from continuing its support for the Palestinian people in the face of Zionist aggression.
It held the US administration fully responsible for this escalation and its repercussions, affirming the Republic of Yemen's right to respond and legitimately defend its territory and resources.
