Hodeida - Saba:
Hodeida province on Friday witnessed an unprecedented turnout as people participated in massive marches across 135 squares. The demonstrations, held under the slogan "Standing Firm with Gaza in the Face of the American-Israeli Escalation," aimed to express unwavering support for Palestine and condemn the escalating aggression and its alleged crimes in Yemen and Palestine.
Defiant crowds poured out from villages and cities across the province, showcasing a powerful display of solidarity and the unwavering commitment of the people of Tehama to what they termed the "option of jihad" and their complete rejection of "American hegemony" and the crimes of the Zionist occupation and the American enemy against the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples.
The marches resounded with revolutionary and angry chants, affirming Yemen's presence on all fronts of pride and reiterating that "Palestine is not alone and will not be." Slogans such as "Steadfastness, the people responded to the raids," "No matter what the Americans did... No veto cancels the Quran," and "The weapon of al-Quds demands... He / Trump is a criminal on the side of the usurper" echoed through the squares.
Participants, including governor Abdullah Atefi, province undersecretary Ahmed al-Bishri, and other province officials, emphasized that the mass mobilization embodied Yemen's steadfast position and its deep-rooted commitment to the issues of the nation, particularly Palestine, which they stated is currently facing the "most heinous massacres of the era."
The assembled masses asserted that "America is the first enemy of the nation" and that the Zionist occupation is merely a bloody tool in the hands of Washington, used to implement its criminal projects against the "free people" of Palestine, Yemen, and other vulnerable populations.
The crowds vehemently condemned the shameful international silence regarding the crimes of the American enemy in Yemen, citing the recent massacre at the port of Ras Issa, which reportedly left over 250 martyrs and wounded. They asserted that the "rockets of the American aggression tearing apart the children of Gaza bear a clear American signature.
The Red Sea Guard marchers affirmed that the recent "American crime" clearly reveals the enemy's systematic targeting of Yemen's capabilities and civilian infrastructure in a desperate attempt to undermine the steadfastness of the Yemeni people.
The people of Hodeida viewed the aggression against a vital service facility as exposing the falsity of American claims about targeting military capabilities and confirming Washington's failure to influence the combat readiness of Yemeni forces or halt its support for Gaza.
They stressed that Yemenis are acutely aware of the bitterness of bombing and siege, having experienced similar suffering and facing the same arrogance that the Palestinian people currently endure in besieged Gaza. They emphasized that the Yemeni people's solidarity is not limited to slogans but is demonstrated through their actions and presence on the ground, asserting that Tihama was and will remain the "beating heart of the Palestinian cause" and is unbreakable.
The participants reiterated that Yemen's options in the face of "arrogance" remain open and that they are prepared to implement all directives issued by the "revolutionary leadership" without hesitation or retreat. They asserted that the "enemy's bet on dismantling the Home Front is doomed to failure" and that these mass gatherings represent a decisive response to all attempts to "bow down and mislead."
The angry marches conveyed stark messages, stating that anyone attempting to silence Yemen's voice must first overcome the "roar of Tihama" and all of Yemen's cities, along with the millions of "free people" who do not compromise on blood and are not deceived by the "lies of the paid media." They affirmed that the popular stance in Tihama is an integral part of the "Battle of awareness and resilience in the face of tyranny."
The masses of Hodeida emphasized that the events in Gaza expose consciences and reveal the extent of the "moral fall" of those who remain silent, asserting that silence in the face of massacres is complicity in the crime and that the blood of children and women will forever haunt the silent and immortalize their shame in history.
The crowds also affirmed that the angry marches represent a sincere popular referendum on Yemen's established position, specifically their loyalty to the "option of jihad and resistance" until "Zionist and American arrogance" is shattered against the people of the nation.
The people of Hodeida renewed their vow to continue the path of what they consider truth without retreat, regardless of the sacrifices, stressing that Yemen's battle with the "enemy" is not temporary but a battle of identity and existence. They asserted that Yemen, with its faith, awareness, and firm stance, will remain at the forefront until the "indicated victory" is achieved.
A statement issued by the marches reiterated their steadfast support for Gaza, regardless of "American escalation," and affirmed that the Yemeni people would not fail to implement what they consider God's clear directives in the Holy Quran under the influence of "American pressure or others."
The protestors' statement declared their readiness for any form of escalation and their continued support for the Palestinian people through military operations, mobilization, mass demonstrations, events, financial contributions, economic boycotts, and media efforts.
The statement also asserted that "American aggression" against Yemen had failed to achieve any of its goals, particularly its inability to break the will and determination of Yemenis. They added, "We are going out despite the continuous bombing in response to Allah Almighty, to his holy book, to his messenger, may Allah's prayers be upon him and his Allah, and to our leader Mr. Abdulmalik al-Houthi."
The statement highlighted the alleged inability of the enemy to influence the Yemeni armed forces, claiming continued successful operations deep within enemy territory, the denial of access to Yemeni seas for enemy ships, the failure of successive aircraft carriers, and the downing of modern enemy aircraft, attributing these successes to divine support.
The statement of Hodeida marches called on the "people of the nation to move in the same direction in response to Allah and in self-defense against the "despising of the enemies of our countries," warning that otherwise, "shame and humiliation is the fate in this world and the painful punishment in the hereafter."
