The Yemeni Parliament sent a letter of thanks and appreciation to the Malaysian Parliament, appreciating its steadfast and supportive stance on the Palestinian cause and its support for the rights of the Palestinian people in the face of the occupation and ongoing violations.
The Parliament praised the initiative launched by the Malaysian Parliament during the founding meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Group Supporting Palestine in Istanbul, which called for unified parliamentary efforts in support of Palestine.
The Parliament expressed its pride in the Malaysian position refusing to recognize the Zionist entity.
The Parliament stressed the importance of strengthening Arab and Islamic parliamentary coordination to defend the Palestinian cause and support international efforts to end the aggression and siege on Gaza, calling for continued solidarity with the Palestinian people until their full legitimate rights are achieved.
