Sana’a – Saba:

The capital Sana’a witnessed a massive turnout on Friday in the million-man march titled “Continuing to Support Gaza and Confront the Zionist Desecration of the Ummah.”

Demonstrators reaffirmed their steadfast stance, continued jihad in the path of Allah, and solidarity with the Palestinian people.

The Demonstrators renewed their allegiance to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirming the readiness of the Yemeni people to implement all options he decides, engage in the “promised victory and sacred jihad,” and confront the enemies of the nation and humanity along with their supporters and tools until victory is achieved.

They strongly condemned the ongoing U.S.-Israeli enemy genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the complete destruction of cities and residential neighborhoods, and the annihilation of all means of life, as well as the continued violations of al-Aqsa Mosque in full view of the world.

The masses praised the heroic operations carried out by the Palestinian resistance fighters, lauding their unmatched bravery, high efficiency, and evolved battlefield performance.

They also denounced the silence of many Arab and Islamic regimes regarding the events in Gaza and Palestine, as well as the intensified Israeli enemy attacks on Lebanon and Syria with American participation, describing it as a consolidation of U.S.-Israeli hegemony over the Arab and Islamic world without any response.

The demonstrators renewed their call for all peoples of the Ummah to take serious and practical action to adopt a strong stance against these threats, reject humiliation and surrender to American and Israeli enemy forces, and stand against the Zionist scheme aiming to violate the Arab and Islamic nations, seize their freedom, independence, sanctities, and occupy their lands.

They affirmed the continued commitment of the Yemeni people, with determination, faith, and steadfastness, to stand with their Palestinian brothers, upholding the banner of jihad and resistance against the Zionist-American plans that target the Ummah, its people, and sanctities.

The crowds also recited the rain prayer (salat al-istisqa), supplicating for mercy and rain, chanting slogans such as:
“O Ummah, fear Allah… for He is most deserving of your fear… America is but a straw, by Allah,” “Whoever accepts the occupiers… in Syria and Palestine… is neither from the Ummah nor from the religion,” “In the Red and Arab Seas… those who mock the blockade decision… will face drowning and more,” “America and the Zionists… criminals, criminals,” “America and Zionism… bloodthirsty butchers,” “America is the Great Satan… whoever sides with it will surely lose.”
“From Yemen, the pure Arabs… the honor of the Ummah is not for sale,” “O nation of Gaza, your duty is clear… and by Allah, He will hold you accountable tomorrow,” “O Ummah, it is time to prepare… there is no solution but jihad,” “Gaza is the school of jihad… growing in resolve and strength,” “Jihad, jihad… the whole people are ready,” “O Gaza, O Palestine… all Yemenis are with you,” “We delegate to you… O our leader, we delegate to you.”

A statement issued at the march and read by scholar Fuad Naji emphasized that the weekly million-man demonstrations will continue tirelessly, out of religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibility. This commitment is an act of obedience to God, striving in His cause, seeking His pleasure, fearing His punishment, and in support of the oppressed Muslim Palestinian people while confronting the Zionist desecration of the Arab and Islamic Ummah.

The statement reaffirmed the firm and unwavering position of the Yemeni people in confronting the crimes and schemes of the U.S. and Israeli enemies in the region, especially their attempts to establish a full-scale domination over the peoples of the region.

"The enemies must know," the statement added, "that even if they succeed in subjugating the entire world, by God’s will and power, we will not yield or kneel. We will move forward without fear or hesitation to confront all their schemes, fully confident in God’s promised victory."

The statement reiterated the comprehensive official and popular stance of solidarity with Gaza and all of Palestine – its people and resistance – in the face of the Zionist entity’s crimes, which are fully backed by the United States. It affirmed that operations would continue until the aggression ceases and the siege on Gaza is lifted.

It also praised the success of recent naval military operations that effectively enforced the closure of the Port of Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat), foiling attempts to break Yemen’s blockade on the port. These achievements, the statement said, were by the grace and support of Allah to the Mujahideen of Yemen’s armed forces.

Marking the first anniversary of the martyrdom of senior jihad commander Mohammed al-Deif, the General Commander of al-Qassam Brigades, the statement renewed a vow to him and to all fallen resistance fighters in Palestine and other fronts that their banner will be carried forward and never abandoned, God willing.

The statement urged all peoples of the Ummah to draw inspiration from the highest values of humanity, sacrifice, and devotion to Allah demonstrated by these martyred leaders, calling for a practical commitment to the Quran, fear of Allah, hope in His mercy, and arming oneself with awareness and insight.
The statement conculded that “We, the conscious and faithful people of Yemen, have been enabled by Allah to remain steadfast and defeat the most powerful tyrannical armies in the world through these principles. This is the correct path to dignity, freedom, independence, and true progress."
It added "While some may believe that confrontation is exhausting and dangerous, reality has proven that resisting falsehood leads to victory and divine support, while submission and surrender only result in humiliation and loss in this life and the next.”
