The Resistance Committees in Palestine confirmed on Friday that the famine in the Gaza Strip has reached its highest levels due to the siege and the criminal starvation war waged by the fascist Zionist entity against the people of Gaza.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Committees stated that Gaza is without food or medicine, suffering from a severe water shortage, and called on the international community to shed its cloak of silence and inaction and take immediate action to stop this crime as quickly as possible.
They added, "The starvation war in Gaza has exceeded all humanitarian limits. Hunger is now knocking on every door, threatening the lives of women, children, the sick, and the elderly. People are collapsing in the streets, and those who escape bombardment now face slow death by starvation."
The statement continued, "This criminal act will remain a stain on the conscience of all humanity, especially international organizations and the European Union, which participate in spreading lies and misleading global public opinion."
It further emphasized, "The horrific crime of starvation faced by our people in Gaza exposes the Nazi-like, fascist Zionist entity, whose brutality knows no bounds. This criminality would not continue without the support, cover, and participation of the United States of America."
The Resistance Committees called on all Arab and Islamic nations, as well as freedom-loving people worldwide, to ignite a global uprising and revolution in support of the Palestinian people, who face extermination and destruction through bombardment and starvation, before it is too late.
