SANA'A November 13. 2022 (Saba)- His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat,Head of the Supreme Political Council, met today,on Sunday, with the President of the National Center for Documentation, Abdullah Al-Sayani.
During the meeting, they discussed the work progress of the center and its tasks in collecting, sorting, classifying, restoring and re-preserving documents in modern scientific methods, as well as its contribution to organizing the archives of government agencies.
The meeting touched upon the center's important role in preserving Yemeni state documents, documenting information, press archives, photos, special documents, international agreements and other documents it contains.
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat urged the development of the center, providing the necessary needs for this, and improving the conditions of its employees.
President Al-Mashat praised the job commitment of the Documents Center employees and state employees in general, saying: "Over the 8 years of the aggression, state employees in various sectors were able to overcome difficulties and played a major role in serving people and facilitating their transactions."
He considered the efforts of state officials and their continuity in serving the country and the Yemeni people, and maintaining the cohesion of state institutions, as no less than the role of the Almoravids in the first trench on the fronts.
