SANA'A September 30.2023 (Saba)-The revolution leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in his speech on Al-Rabi’ al-Muhammadi Day, the 12th of Rabi’ al-Awwal, on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birth, in front of the millions of crowds who gathered in the capital, Sana’a, and the provinces, outlined the features of the next stage of strong Yemeni state.
The revolution leader set the parameters for the first phase of radical change, starting with the formation of a government of competencies that embodies national partnership, and modernizing the bloated structure in the government, through changing the obstructing mechanisms and procedures, all the way to correcting policies and work methods in serving the people and enhancing official and popular integration in working to advance the country and address economic problems.
The Revolutionary Leader’s interest in bringing about radical changes comes from his keenness to keep pace with the field victories that have been achieved in the military ,security fields, and Yemen’s possession of a deterrent force capable of taking away the rights of Yemeni people and their right to freedom, independence ,defeating the invaders and occupiers from every inch of Yemen’s land, especially after nearly nine years of aggression and siege.
The military parade in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana'a, on September 21, the ninth anniversary of the revolution, during which examples of the progress achieved in terms of equipment by the Yemeni armed and security forces, with their various types, units and formations, was presented is the best evidence of this, and it is not an exaggeration.
The first stage was not limited to forming a government of national competencies, but it also included correcting the situation of the judiciary, addressing its imbalances, supplying it with qualified cadres of forensic scholars ,university graduates, and opening an effective path to completing the outstanding issues, which is what the leader of the revolution went for, considering it a positive step towards addressing and reforming the system.
Judicial authority and speeding up the resolution of cases before the courts, especially when there are cases that have been pending for decades.
Radical change path to reform state institutions, announced by the leader of the revolution, does not target a specific group or component, but rather is subject to the criteria of relying on the faith identity of the Yemeni people and strengthening the national partnership between the various national components steadfast on the scene.
The Revolution Leader's announcement of the first phase of radical change received official blessing, authorization, and popular support, for no other reason because the current phase calls for continuing to bring about radical changes to reform state institutions, especially since the radical change in its first phase is supervised by the Revolution Leader.
The bottom line is that implementing the first phase of radical change requires official and popular support around the leader of the revolution to make it successful and to continue implementing the subsequent stages of the change process to reach the modern Yemeni state, a state of order, law, justice and equality away from foreign guardianship and dependence.
