RAMALLAH Apr 17. 2024 (Saba) -Groups concerned with captives and other national and Islamic groups on Wednesday called for mass participation in the Palestinian Prisoner Day in all the occupied provinces of the West Bank.
The groups declared central program for the Day celebration scheduled on 17 April annually, the Palestinian media center said.
The Day this year will be "for the sake of proud Gaza, our captives and other heroes in occupier's jails and camps," the groups said.
Since 7 October 2023, the Israeli forces arrested over 8,000 civilians from the West Bank alone, according to groups concerned with captives.
