SANA'A April 28. 2024 (Saba) - As the crime of “genocide” committed by the Zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip, with American and European support, continues for the 200th day in a row, the brutal enemy continues to launch dozens of air strikes and artillery shelling, while committing more bloody massacres against civilians.
According to official statements issued by the Palestinian authorities in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday today, the American-Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip entered its 200th day, with a toll of casualties that could be described as “shocking and terrifying" .
After 200 days of brutal Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, the consequences of the war appear very horrifying amid a shameful international failure to oblige the Zionist enemy to comply with the rules of international humanitarian law and the orders of the International Court of Justice to prevent the crime of genocide.
Over the course of 200 years of brutal aggression, the Palestinian arena in the occupied West Bank witnessed ignition and continuous resistance to the occupation in all its forms, whether through armed clashes or a general strike.
The 200th day coincides with repeated threats made by the Prime Minister of the Zionist entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, to launch a ground attack on the city of Rafah in the far south of Gaza, where more than 1.5 million Palestinians have taken refuge.
Netanyahu said: His usurping entity has three goals in its war on the besieged Gaza Strip: It is: “The first: the return of all kidnapped men and women, the second: the elimination of Hamas, and the third: the guarantee that Gaza will never pose any threat to the Zionist entity.
On Tuesday morning, the government media office in Gaza published an update on the most important statistics of the genocidal war waged by the Zionist enemy on the Gaza Strip for the 200th day.
The office said in a statement: the Zionist enemy army committed 3,025 massacres that resulted in the martyrdom and loss of about 41,183 citizens... noting the arrival of 34,183 martyrs to hospitals, and recording seven thousand missing... adding: the extermination led to martyrdom of 14,000. 778 children, 9,752 women, 485 medical personnel, 67 civil defense personnel, and 140 journalists.
The office pointed out that 30 children were martyred due to the famine, saying that 72 percent of the victims were children and women.
It explained that the war of extermination led to the injury of 77,143 citizens, noting that 11,000 people who need to travel for treatment to undergo operations.
The government office also reported that there are ten thousand cancer patients facing death and in need of treatment, confirming that one million and 90 thousand cases of infectious diseases have been recorded as a result of displacement.
It stated that the displacement led to the recording of eight thousand cases of viral hepatitis, it warned that there are 60,000 pregnant women who are at risk due to the lack of access to health care.
It also warned that there are about 350,000 chronic patients who are at risk due to the lack of medicines.
In turn, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory reviewed, in a statement, the catastrophic consequences of the ongoing genocide in Gaza, stressing that the Zionist enemy continues its attack with the same horrific pace and practices.
According to the UN Observatory’s statement: During 200 days of the attack, the Zionist enemy forces killed 42,510 Palestinians, including 38,621 civilians, including 15,780 children and 10,091 women. There are still several thousand martyrs under the rubble, while there are thousands of missing persons whose fate unknown.
The Observatory highlighted that the daily killing rate reached 212 Palestinians, while “Israel” kills 79 children and 50 women daily, which are terrifying numbers in the history of the Arab-Zionist conflict and in the context of contemporary wars.
Euro-Med pointed out that the phenomenon of mass graves emerged for the first time in the history of the conflict of this size and form, as it documented more than 140 mass, random or temporary graves in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
It stated that the mass graves discovered in hospitals, especially in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza and the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, raise suspicions that the Zionist enemy army carried out extrajudicial executions against arrested people and then buried them.
According to the Observatory’s statement, estimates indicate that the Zionist enemy dropped more than 70,000 tons of explosives on the Gaza Strip, in addition to bulldozing operations, including destruction operations that affected all buildings.
As well as the extensive destruction that accompanied the Zionist enemy army’s construction of a road linking the east and west of the Gaza Strip, south of Gaza City, which comes within the framework of Israel’s plan to separate Gaza City.
The Observatory stated that the preliminary, non-final toll indicates the complete destruction of at least 131,200 housing units in the Gaza Strip, and the partial destruction of 281,000.
Meanwhile, the Zionist enemy forces destroyed thousands of kilometers of streets in the Gaza Strip and turned them into dirt roads filled with rubble, without any military necessity.
The Zionist enemy also destroyed the majority of public buildings in the Gaza Strip, including hundreds of cultural monuments, service buildings, and water wells, 103 schools and educational institutions either completely or partially, almost all of Gaza’s universities, 241 mosques completely and 318 mosques partially, in addition to three churches.
In parallel, the Zionist enemy carried out the largest and most extensive forced displacement operation in modern history, when two million Palestinians were forced, by military evacuation orders and under the weight of bombing and killing, to displace and live in shelter centers and tents.
According to a report issued by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), at least 408 displaced persons were martyred and 1,406 others were injured in 349 incidents in which munitions were fired towards shelter centers. More than 85 percent of these incidents witnessed the firing of munitions, which resulted in At least 160 incidents of direct casualties, in addition to that, 178 UNRWA employees martyred in the Gaza Strip as a result of the Zionist attacks.
United Nations experts confirm that the grave violations committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinians following the October 7 attack, especially in Gaza, indicate the occurrence of genocide.
It is worth noting that Palestinian civilians are paying a heavy and unprecedented price due to the Zionist enemy forces systematically and deliberately targeting them as part of a collective punishment process.
We must acknowledge again that this hypocritical and indifferent world will never return to what was before October 7, and this day will remain as it is. , even after 200 days.
