BEIRUT July 17. 2024 (Saba) - Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of Lebanese Hezbollah, asserted on Wednesday that Yemen's resolute actions prevented ships from crossing the Red Sea to occupied Palestine and enforced a blockade on Eilat port.
Speaking at an Ashura commemoration in Beirut's southern suburb, Nasrallah highlighted Yemen's impact, causing shipping prices to surge dramatically and asserting serious repercussions for the occupation land.
He criticized the Occupation inability to achieve its objectives, stressing the country's internal strife and international isolation as consequences of ongoing resistance efforts.
Nasrallah condemned U.S. complicity in the occupation aggression, holding America accountable for the atrocities committed against Palestinians.
He warned Israel against further civilian casualties, pledging continued resistance and defense of Lebanon against any Israeli incursion.
Addressing calls for normalization with Israel, Nasrallah cited historical defiance against oppression, asserting solidarity with Gaza and reaffirming resistance as crucial to regional stability.
He concluded by honoring Hezbollah's supporters and reaffirming their steadfast commitment amid ongoing challenges.
