OCCUPIED QUDS August 17. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy media revealed on on Saturday that large fires broke out in the north of the occupied entity as a result of heavy missile barrages launched by Hezbollah towards the areas of Safed, "Mishmar HaRedun" and "Eyelet HaShahar".
The enemy media said that tens of thousands entered shelters due to Hezbollah missiles.
It indicated that the "Upper Galilee Regional Council" asked the Israelis in the non-evacuated settlements, and those who remained in those that were evacuated, to reduce their movement, stay near fortified places, and refrain from holding gatherings, based on a situation assessment issued by the Israeli "army".
Meanwhile, sirens sounded in "Baram" in the Western Galilee, according to what Israeli media reported.
The Israeli media also noted that the settlers in the north "are wondering how long the situation will continue like this, as normal life is currently paralyzed".
It is noteworthy that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon targeted the settlement of "Eyelet Hashachar" for the first time on Saturday, with a barrage of "Katyusha" rockets, in response to the occupation's attacks on the southern villages, especially the town of Kafour.
