CAIRO - SABA: Al-Azhar Al-Sharif on Wednesday denounced the horrific massacre committed by the Zionist army in Mawasi camp in Khan Younis, which targeted the tents of unarmed displaced people with rockets and bombs in areas classified as "safe", resulting in the death of dozens and the injury of hundreds of Palestinian people, and the loss of many of them, most of whom are displaced women and children.
In a press statement, al-Azhar criticized this heinous massacre committed by the occupier as an obscene crime and a continuation of the crime of genocide and the policy of starvation against the defenseless Palestinian people.
Al-Azhar called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and oblige the Israeli occupation to abide by the resolutions of international legitimacy, and to stop the aggression on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
