Beirut – Saba: The Zionist newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" revealed that the occupation army, less than two days after the start of the ground entry into Lebanon, lost a large number of military personnel between dead and wounded. She called it a disaster.
The newspaper reported that the announcement of the occupation army, the death of eight soldiers who were part of groups penetrated into the territory of southern Lebanon, and the fighters of "Hezbollah" were able to trap them in an ambush and clash with them with machine guns, and shoot them between dead and wounded.
Yedioth Ahronoth justified these losses by the difficult weather conditions, heavy fog and bitter cold in southern Lebanon. The Israeli Air Force struck nearby roads and buildings, including a mosque, with bombs and rockets.
Hezbollah's Radwan forces "managed to trap several Zionist army soldiers in an ambush", she said. She pointed out that "the Fulson Hospital in the area of "Petah Tikva" announced the arrival of five wounded soldiers whose injuries varied between serious and moderate."
The Lebanese Hezbollah also announced on Wednesday the destruction of three Zionist Merkava tanks with guided missiles while trying to penetrate into the town of Maroun al-Ras in southern Lebanon, and the party also confirmed the infliction of a number of Zionist military between dead and wounded near the town of Kafr Kila.
