Occupied Quds - Saba : The Zionist enemy army admitted the death of seven of its officers and soldiers during the battles with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon shortly after announcing the death of another officer.
The enemy army also announced the injury of seven others, two of them seriously, in the battles in southern Lebanon.
A previous statement by the enemy army explained that the 22-year-old officer in the "Egoz" commando unit was killed during the battles in Lebanon.
The announcement by the Zionist enemy army comes amid clashes between Hezbollah elements and army forces in several areas witnessing incursions by the latter's soldiers into southern Lebanon.
The Zionist newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the officer is the first fatality that the army has acknowledged his death during the ground war in southern Lebanon.
Unofficial Zionist media outlets, quoting security sources, announced the death of four soldiers and the injury of 20 others who were in a security force that tried to infiltrate the town of Adaisseh in the Nabatieh Governorate in southern Lebanon this morning.
The Zionist media said: There are initial reports indicating the death of four soldiers and the injury of 20 soldiers from Unit 669, in an ambush prepared by Hezbollah in the town of Adaisseh in southern Lebanon, and the condition of some of them is critical.. indicating that there were difficulties in evacuating the wounded due to the heavy Hezbollah shelling.
