Gold prices stabilized on Wednesday, as traders await signals on US interest rate policy from the minutes of the Federal Reserve's latest meeting.

According to Reuters, the price of gold in spot transactions recorded $ 2622.24 per ounce (ounce).

US gold futures rose 0.2 per cent to $2641.

As for other precious metals, silver in spot transactions fell 0.2 per cent to $30.63 an ounce, platinum rose 0.6 per cent to $955.90, while palladium fell 0.3 per cent to $1018.78.
