The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, has called on the international community, along with Arab and Islamic governments, to exert pressure on Israeli authorities to halt the ongoing military campaign in northern Gaza.
In a press release, Hamas described the current military actions as "a clear genocide" perpetrated by what they termed a "fascist enemy government." It criticized the blockade of northern Gaza and the severe escalation of bombings targeting civilians amid a deteriorating humanitarian crisis, exacerbated by restrictions on aid.
The movement accused the Israeli government of disregarding international laws, alleging that it operates with impunity under "criminal American cover."
Hamas expressed concern over the international community's silence regarding the ongoing violence, which they view as enabling further Israeli aggression.
Hamas emphasized the necessity for global action to stop the violence and hold war criminals accountable, asserting confidence in the Palestinian resistance's resilience against attempts to undermine their struggle.
