The Skills Development Fund today concluded a specialized training course on "Supervisory and Managerial Skills Development" for the staff of a local financial company in the capital city.
The course, which was implemented through the Development Center for Administrative Sciences with funding and oversight from the fund, lasted four days and aimed to enhance the supervisory and managerial skills of 20 administrative leaders of the banking company.
For her part, the center's director, Amal Al-Bahiri, stated that participants learned during the course about the mechanisms for developing annual plans for similar institutions, analyzing administrative problems, and making appropriate decisions to improve the efficiency of management teams and cope with work pressures.
