Rabat - Saba:
Thousands of Moroccans participated on Friday in solidarity demonstrations with Gaza Strip and Lebanon, under the slogan "Resistance is a legitimate right."
For the 56th consecutive week, solidarity demonstrations were held after Friday prayers in several cities in the Kingdom, including Tetouan, Fez, Meknes and Ksar al-Kabir (north), Casablanca and Jadida (west), Oujda and Jersif (east), and Midelt (southeast), at the invitation of the Moroccan Committee for the Support of the Nation's Causes.
Participants denounced the Zionist enemy's continued targeting civilians in Palestine and Lebanon, calling for intervention to stop the genocide.
Among the chants were: "O resistance, march towards victory and liberation," and "Long live Palestine, long live Lebanon."
They also raised Palestinian flags and banners, some of which read, "We demand the abolition of normalization and denounce the Zionist crimes against the Palestinians," and "We are all Gaza, we are all Palestine."
Since October 7, the Zionist enemy forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip, killing more than 43,204 citizens, wounding 101,641 others, the majority of whom are children and women, and thousands are still missing under the rubble.
