The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, confirmed that it was possible to reach an agreement in the conflict in Ukraine, but the West chose a proxy war against Russia.
Medvedev said during a television interview, according to what was reported by the Russian news agency "TASS", "It was possible to reach an agreement, but the West chose a completely different path.. It is in fact a proxy war in the world in which the entire Western world participates against Russia."
