Palestinian medical sources announced today, Saturday, that the death toll from the ongoing Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 43,314 martyrs, since October 7, 2023.
The same sources added that the number of injured has risen during the same period to 102,019, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, and rescue teams cannot reach them.
