The Criminal Division has decided to reserve the case regarding the assassination of Ibrahim al-Houthi for further review.
In a session dedicated to the assassination case of Hassan Zaid, the division required the appellants involved in the prosecution to respond to the appeal.
In relation to the case of Adnan Ali Hussein al-Harazi, the director and owner of "Broady Systems," who was convicted of illegal communication with a foreign country and sentenced to death as a discretionary punishment, the prosecution has been mandated to respond to the accused's appeal.
