Sa'ada province undersecretary for the Services Sector Saleh Oqab on Sunday inaugurated an electronic collection system for the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund's revenues in the province.
Oqab hailed the electronic payment system as a significant step towards institutional efficiency, simplified procedures, and enhanced financial transparency, replacing older, less transparent methods.
He commended the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund and the Ministry of Finance for their efforts in promoting transparency and implementing the automation of financial operations within government entities.
Najib al-Sa'adi, Director of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in the province, detailed the operation of the new electronic collection system and revenue collection devices. He stated that this initiative aligns with the financial reforms and development plan led by the Ministry of Finance and the province, as part of the government's broader reform efforts.
Yahya Rubaid, Director of the Agricultural Cooperative Credit Bank (CAC Bank) branch in the province, highlighted the advantages of electronic collection, including its security and ease of use. He noted the bank's extensive network and agents across the governorate's districts, facilitating the collection process.
