Sana'a- Saba:
The Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mohammed Al-Mawlid, and the Governor of Socotra, Hashem Al-Socotri, met with the delegations of the Radfan Socotra and Al-Wahda Al-Mukalla clubs, participating in the governorates' champions competitions for the third division football league.

The capital, Sana'a, is hosting the qualifiers under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth, with the support of the Youth Care Fund, and the Football Association branch is technically supervising its organization.
